If anyone has a problem they post it and people help, how would having a help team change this?

But when people need help over 50% of the time someone will flame them for being a 'noob' ( i hate that word) but if you had a help team with people who dont mind helping people out then the chances are no one will get flamed, and then may be more people join or stay active because they know they will be treated with respect 100% of the time when they need help.
P.S Monkeyboy1916 is a good choice

Theres one VERY big problem with this idea.....Most people that just join will just take the first forum they see that remotely partains to their question and post a thread there....What we COULD do is forbid new members to start new topics except if its in the help forum. This would pretty much cut back on the amount of spam too since this will let the staff post news and things instead of just any member being able to do that.

I agree with Nathan, there would be WAY less flaming, even if some people dont see it, atleast its there for people that know its there and need help, its getting kinda annoying that every other thread on homepage is from someone that needs help thats been answered 100+ times, if we had this section i would gladly be the leader cuz i help anyone that comes my way anyway

If they do get flamed and get called a 'noob', etc, then they're breaking rule 1 and will be warned once or banned on the spot for ignoring the laid out rules.

Why should we need a help team, when everyone is MEANT to help?
