I hate seeing people's names in that little box on the homepage. If I wanted to know who posted what, I'd go on your profile.

No offence to any of the members' names up there, I just think that it kinda' defeats the object of tags. We could easily see threads people have posted in their profile.
And Sponge, thanks again for the help with my MBR; you're a Godsend! |

Easiest way to get 'em off homepage? Start moderating the tags yourselves! Heh. As long as your logged into your 3D account, you have the capability to remove and add tags on any thread on the site. Just click the X button next to the tag which you feel is inappropriate for the topic at hand. Or type in a tag and press "Add", if you feel it better categorizes the topic of the thread.
The more threads that have a specific member's name tagged in them, the better the chance there is that it will be visible on the homepage. So by moderating each thread individually, the community can choose what deserves to be an important term to be visible on the homepage tags list. Update: Disregard what I posted. There seems to be a permissions issue which is not allowing normal members to delete and add tags. We'll work on that, but in the meantime, I guess don't add your own name into the tags!
