There are a few more bugs in my point of veiw, but I'm not going to post them unless they become more pomanate to the topic of this thread.

That is a prime example of how the point system will work for the better. I has to be worth a large sum of points to get rid of a bad user. Someone like coventryfc (who is a bit of a dick, but so am I  ) would only get a warning ban from one or two forums, and then could buy his way back in. APGunner (sorry, but he is a large target on most people's radar) could get banned from every forum because a large enough group of people don't like him.
