PSP3D.com Forum Rules!

Registration to this forum is free! However, you are required to fully abide by all the rules listed below. By becoming a member, you have legally signed that you agree that:

-Although the administrators and moderators of PSP 3D will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and PSP3D.com will not be held responsible for the content of any message.

-You warrant that you will not post any messages that contain obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, spam, unauthorized advertising, or otherwise violative content, or any content which disagrees with US and/or international laws and copyrights.

-PSP3D.com reserves the absolute right to remove, edit, move, or close any thread for any reason, or no reason at all. The ability to use this site, its forums, and its respective content is a privilege, not a right.

-Your failure to abide by these rules entitles PSP3D.com and its respective legal department to fully prosecute you in the court of law, at your expense. Any and all attorney fees applicable are to be paid by you (herein identified as the Visitor/Member).

-Though we support freedom of speech, this is a privately owned server and website; no laws protect you or interfere with our rules. What we say, and do, goes.

To make the PSP 3D community a more friendly and social atmosphere for all its members, we are enforcing the following rules:

1. Absolutely NO FLAMING. This is a place to learn and have fun.
2. Please read all stickys in all forum catagories. Some contain important information.
3. Post in the right forum. If you cannot find the right place to post, state so and a moderator/admin will move it.
4. Absolutely NO OUTSIDE LINKS OR ADVERTISING OF PERSONAL SITES. Exceptions to this rule:
- Links that have to do with the topic at hand (at moderators discretion, can be removed).
- Links to EBOOTS and other PSP homebrew/etc.
5. No illegal material such as ROMs, ISOs, copyrighted movies (warez, pirated movies, etc.), pornographic material, or UMD dumps of any kind are allowed to be discussed, even via the PM system.
6. No spamming/raising-post-count posts. You have been warned. Our algorithm will reduce your post count if it suspects abuse.
7. PSP 3D is not recruiting grounds for so-called teams. Use the PM system or other forms of contact for such inquiries.
8. If you find a link to a supposed downgrader/exploit, please do not post a new thread about it. We will post about them.
9. No PM spamming/advertising allowed. You will be found.
10. English language only allowed in forums. Unfortunately, although PSP 3D is a worldwide community, the majority of users are only capable of speaking English; other languages will be deemed as spam.
11. Keep news posting solely to the 'Member News' section, and discuss that release in the thread corresponding to the news post. Multiple threads on the same topic is bad.
12. One account per IP/person. We will find multiple accounts, and both accounts will be banned.
13. No questioning the reason for someone's banning. The staff is obviously not going to randomly ban people for no reason; the banned have done something wrong, have been warned about what they did, and have continued to abstain from following our rules.
14. No asking for help with something that has to do with website development. These are not webmaster forums, and more often than not it leads to unnecessary advertising.
15. No complaining/mentioning that a piece of news has been posted a few hours late. We try our best to release everything first, but mentioning something is late doesn't do anything but lower staff and member morale.
16. Back and forth posting is bad and will be moderated. It discourages other members from joining in on the thread. If you feel the need to contact another member for a long, personal debate, please use the PM system and/or other forms of contact (AIM, MSN, Yahoo, IRC, etc).

You will be warned once, or banned on the spot for ignoring our laid out rules.
